SUMMARY

In rat DRG cells, TLR4 signals only through the MyD88-dependent pathway. Inflammatory cytokine expression appears to be NF-kB-dependent while increased COX-2 expression is also dependent on EGFR/MAPK pathway; see Tse et al (2014)
